To be prepared, make sure Skype is installed on your computer or mobile device and that you are able to sign in. You can download Skype from the official site if you don’t have it.
Once you know Skype is working on your device, you can give us a Skype call anytime.

It’s a good idea to check your connection after you’ve installed Skype. Try the sound test service to make sure your microphone and speakers are set up properly.
Reserve Your Time
When you book an appointment using our online scheduler, we set aside time specially for you. You’ll be sure to reach us at that time and have the opportunity to talk to us in depth.

Within the online scheduler, select Head Office under Location, Support Team under Tutor and Free Consultation under Subject.
Now you can set a date and time for your consultation.
The scheduler will indicate which half-hour appointment slots are available. These will be shown in terms of your own time zone. Pick the slot that is most convenient for you.
You can then provide contact info, including your Skype name, to help us connect. We recommend entering your mobile number and saying yes to getting a text reminder.
